What are the delivery times?
Our deliveries are generally between 10 to 25 working days. During the coronavirus period, there may be an additional week delay.
I want to cancel my order, is it possible?
Yes, after you place your order, you have 24 hours from that moment. Send us an email to cancel your order, and we will refund you in full.
Items are missing from my order; where are they?
We have many suppliers; when you place an order, the suppliers calculate the package price according to its weight (if a parcel exceeds the standards, we have to separate the products). In addition, if you order several different items, you might receive several different packages, and these will arrive at different times (some will be faster than others).
Do you ship internationally?

My item is damaged. Can I get a refund?
We will refund your money. If your item is damaged, send us a its photo via email.
I have made a mistake in the size or type of the product I ordered. Can I get a refund?
You can return the order in its original condition and in its original packaging within 10 days of receiving it, and we will refund the full amount of the product cost.
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I get a refund?
You have 10 days from the date you received your order to return it for a full refund of the product cost. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
